Foshan Viphonya Steel Products Co., Ltd.

VIPHONYA is the brand of Foshan Viphonya Steel Products Co., Ltd., founded in 2009 in Foshan, Guangdong — the heart of China's stainless steel fabrication industry.

We started as a sheet-metal workshop and grew into a 6,600 m² factory with laser cutting, CNC bending, TIG welding, polishing, PVD coating and cooling assembly under one roof. Annual capacity now reaches 30,000 units, 54+ new models are designed every year, and 3 full-time QA/QC inspectors work on the floor. The total workforce is 118 employees.

Engineering capability

We keep every critical process in-house so that quality, cost and lead time stay under our control. This is what actually happens to your order.

Laser cutting — Fiber laser cutting holds sheet tolerance to ±0.1 mm for precise joints and clean visible edges.
CNC bending — Programmed press brakes form cabinets, doors and racks with repeatable radii across the batch.
TIG welding — Argon TIG welding and post-weld dressing produce seams that disappear after polishing.
Polishing & PVD — Hairline, mirror and gold PVD finishes are applied and inspected under directional light.
