The questions overseas buyers ask us most often.
Most custom wine cabinets and wine cellars start from 1 unit; quantity pricing applies from 10 units. A trial order of one unit is accepted so you can check quality first.
Yes. For customized products we build a pre-production sample for your approval. Sample cost is quoted separately and can be credited against the bulk order.
Custom units ship 15–25 days after the drawings are confirmed; standard items ship in 7–10 days.
Yes. We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou, arrange fumigated crates and container loading plans, and issue the full document set for your customs broker.
Dimensions, cooling system, shelving layout, finish, lighting, locks and branding can all be customized. Send a drawing or even a reference photo and we will engineer from it.
SUS304 suits most indoor projects. Choose SUS316 for coastal locations, humid cellars or cleaning regimes that use chloride-based products.
Structure and finish carry a 3-year warranty; compressor cooling systems carry 2 years. Spare parts for shelving and hardware are available for at least 5 years.
T/T is our standard term; payment terms can be discussed for larger project orders.
